Week 2: Chest, Shoulders, Abdomen
This lesson builds on the two fundamental masses of the body, the pelvis and the ribcage. The lecture starts with a detailed look at the muscles of the chest and introduces the complexities of the shoulder (clavicle and scapula) and presents a method for approaching the myriad of muscular attachments that influence the appearance and motion of the shoulder. The second half of the lecture covers the muscles that flex and twist the torso – the abdominal and oblique muscles.
